How long after order is placed will items ship?
Every item is made just for you — this means it’s freshly printed, packaged, and quality-checked before shipping.
Our production time is 3–7 business days.
After production, shipping typically takes:
12–15 business days, depending on your location.
Most customers receive their items sooner, but we share these timelines to be transparent and avoid surprises.
Your order will always come with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way
Will my items arrive separately?
Yes, sometimes!
If your order has multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages — all with tracking provided.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Buyer’s remorse
Wrong address entry
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will remake or replace it at no cost to you. Your satisfaction matters!
There’s an issue with my order — what do I do?
We’re here to help! If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
Three photos clearly showing the issue (front, close-up, and full product)
A photo of the shipping label
Your order number
A short description of what happened
Send this to hello@isolasinclair.com and we’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or solution.
How are digital products delivered?
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.
You will receive:
An email with your files or editable link to access.
If you don’t see your files, check your spam or contact us.
Can I return or refund digital products?
All digital downloads are non-refundable.
If you experience any issues with your files (corrupt file, wrong file, can’t open, etc.), email us at hello@isolasinclair.com and we’ll resend or fix it.
